South valley
February 9, 2026Moved into these wonderful, remodeled, cozy apartments in August. Very good pricing compared to other places I looked into, as well as the pool stays open longer than others!!!! | love that when I make a maintenance request, they are there quickly, and very nice when they do arrive. I love that the app to pay rent allows us to make these requests, as well as lets my roommate and me split the bill online. I've had nothing but good experiences here. February 9, 2026Moved here in September and still love it! Things are super flexible here with the deposit requirements and has been a great place for two college girls to live. Amy will answer any questions and needs you have and maitnence always arrives in a very timely manner no more than a couple days at max. Love how we can pay for our utilities at one price per month in our rent and is a good space for when my roommates dog comes to visit us. Dog friendly Gated Community With Lots Near By!
February 3, 2026This location is a hidden gem! Within 3 miles there is a brand new: Dutch Bros, Target, Chick-Fil-A, Jersey Mikes, Whataburger, Walmart, and more. We chose this location to be away from the noise and we specifically chose South Valley Apartments because of the gated community, included amenities, and quick highway access. We have a 1st floor unit with great parking and an awesome walking trail nearby. Super dog friendly with waste stations near every building. Front office is hospitable and the ...maintenance does a great job with the exterior lawn scaping and interior. Calm, Cozy, Affordable, Private
February 3, 2026I'm in a newly renovated unit and its great. Been here over 6 months without complaint. Maintenance keeps up with air filters and appliances. Wifi, Trash, and Water being included is a huge plus that makes it easy to budget. Lots of dog waste stations throughout the complex. Doors have a digital code which helps as I can never keep track of keys. No power outages since I've been here. Front office is very hospitable and helpful. Overall great and calm experience. February 2, 2026I have loved living at South Valley Apartments. They are located in a very safe, quiet, and convenient location. They are very well priced comparatively. I like the fact that the complex is gated. They have also been recently renovated and look very nice! Maintenance has been pretty timely, and they communicate very well regarding that. Worst renting experience I’ve ever had
April 29, 2025Smells bad in the area 50% of the time from treatment plant nearby. Dog poop covers the grass areas. Maintenance leaves your door unlocked after leaving. Loud people through the night. Bottom floor will hear everything from above. Homeless people hang out at gas station right next to you and steal packages from front door.Review from Apartments.com
Great location and Good For family living
April 10, 2025First off it is a gate community so I know my vehicles are safe at night. Great location though. Greenway trail is right down Battlefield and easy to access. Many of the fellow neighbors are found walking along the trail. Maintenance requests are immediately attended too and sometimes earlier than expected, so you do not have to worry about them not showing. They do a great job at fixing any problem that comes about within the apartment, or even outside. Example, I asked for the sidewalks to be ...salted because of all the ice build up and just about the next day it was done.
