The amenities are also always kept to a high standard. I love using the grills and the pool especially. The staff is always communicative and you feel safe living here. August 29, 2024I am on my 2nd month of living at SOA. Honestly, the apartments do not equal the amount of rent being paid. Cheap kitchen Cabinets. I Island is Cheap. Old appliances. Cheap BiFold doors on my closets/Laundry. Stains in hallway carpet. Plastic Blinds for sliders. You can hear your neighbor snore through the walls.Property Manager Responded
