SofA has been a great experience my first year living here. The location is great being walking distance to the Ave and the beach. The amenities are also always kept to a high standard. I love using the grills and the pool especially. The staff is always communicative and you feel safe living here. Overall SofA has been a great place to live.

I am on my 2nd month of living at SOA. Honestly, the apartments do not equal the amount of rent being paid. Cheap kitchen Cabinets. I Island is Cheap. Old appliances. Cheap BiFold doors on my closets/Laundry. Stains in hallway carpet. Plastic Blinds for sliders. You can hear your neighbor snore through the walls.
