    I use to live here years ago with my mom and they were clean and descent apartments but now, they are trash and need new management that actually cares about the property and their tenants. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there unless you just don't have no other options. All I can say is, grab your bug spray!

    The management team doesn't answer the phone and when they do its hard to get a clear answer on anything. Roaches are everywhere and the floors cave in. I thought I would fall through because water would reach downstairs after I showered or if anything spilled on the carpet. Lots of mold in the shower and it causes a horrible smell. The water system is horrible and you'll get a flooded sink or low water pressure, sometimes cold water or no water. They look for new ways to charge you, keep your ...

    I lived here since 2017 and back then it was barely decent, but the new manager they hired totally uplifted the place. Whenever I had a problem she made me a priority and now the property is better than ever.

    It’s ok if you need somewhere to stay for the moment. They are never in the office so you better not need anything. They don’t open the pool so that’s a lie the tennis court isn’t open either. Only good thing about them is if you have to be late on rent they don’t care.

    I do not recommend them s place to anyone. Looks amazing when you move in but it doesn’t take long for the black mold to start seeping thru the ceiling and around the floor. Constant flooding, it smells like sewage. Upstairs apartment will leak into the lower unit. Roaches are absolutely awful!! Shootings and fights occur regularly. This is a terrible place.

    If you don't like roaches in your bed, hair, clothes, etc! Don't move here, because literally they're everywhere! Also your packages are often stolen from your mailbox and porch, management doesn't care. There's mold and holes everywhere!!! I don't recommend this place!

    This place is horrible and I would highly recommend that no one moves into this apartment complex I have been here for three months and it wasn't until two weeks after I moved in that I started to notice all of the problems this place has my bathroom has mold in it that was simply painted over and not removed I am pregnant and don't know what type of mold I am inhaling on a daily basis management is scamming they close the office 30 mins early on the last available day to pay rent so that you are ...
    fined a 50 dollar late fee maintenance barely knows how to fix anything around here my kitchen sink pipes backed up from lack of them changing the pipes before we moved in and had my house stinking of old sewage for a whole week the bug problem is rediculous no matter how clean you keep your apartment or how many times pest control comes the bugs will never go away the walls are super thin I can hear my neighbors phone vibrating through the floor every foot step every conversation these people do not care about their tenants they only care about getting paid not to mention they trap you with this lease if you want to move out you have to pay twice the amount it took for you to move in there is a drug problem out here and cops constantly in and out of the complex due to violence a couple of weeks ago someone was actually shot out here not a safe place to raise your kids don't be fooled DO NOT MOVE HERE I cannot wait until my lease is up !!!

    This place is terrible. When we moved in, the complex didn't even have a lock on the door or the stove hooked up! The doors they have on the outside aren't even doors! They are sliding glass doors, like what should be on a porch, not the front of an apartment! The complex is disgusting and poorly maintained. The staff is inefficient and deceitful, often failing to even recall prior agreements! This is possibly the worst complex in Carrollton!

    This place is a joke. They have renovated apartments, but simply painted over mold and put flooring down. Nearly every apartment has roaches, gnats, and spiders. Management is extremely rude and untruthful. There are drug dealings all over complex, and employees themselves are involved.
