      • Excellent location, amenities, and staff

        We have lived here since February and really enjoy it. The indoor, heated pool has been amazing for cold days, and the hot tub. The location can’t be beat, you are a minute walk from Aldi, tons of restaurants, REI, the river, biking trails…The staff here is really great as well, just super helpful and friendly. The apartments are very well kept also. The halls, common areas and amenities are always in great shape. 10/10!

        The South Side Flats is a great place to live. The building and amenities are everything you need, with the added benefit of great staff and community. The updates and upgrades over the past year keep this place on top as far as the best of the South Side!

        We keep a small studio unit there for our frequent stays in Pittsburgh. Great location and area with many things happening to make it better. The facility is well maintained, the courtyard is lovely, and if something could be found better than the sand there, it would be a downright charming area. Apartments are not luxurious but functionally well equipped, including in-unit laundry appliances. Rents are reasonable and track area rates. Issues/problems are promptly addressed. The lease process is ...
        tedious. Overall, 2626 South Side Flats is a good value place to rent an apartment.

        Just move out and found out they charged me 400+$ for no reason and no explanation. tried to reach out 3 times but no response. Main elevator to parking was broken for 4-5 months.
