The location can’t be beat, you are a minute walk from Aldi, tons of restaurants, REI, the river, biking trails…The staff here is really great as well, just super helpful and friendly. The facility is well maintained, the courtyard is lovely, and if something could be found better than the sand there, it would be a downright charming area. Apartments are not luxurious but functionally well equipped, including in-unit laundry appliances. Rents are reasonable and track area rates. Issues/problems are promptly addressed. The lease process is ...tedious. Overall, 2626 South Side Flats is a good value place to rent an apartment.Read More
