Excellent location, amenities, and staff
June 15, 2023We have lived here since February and really enjoy it. The indoor, heated pool has been amazing for cold days, and the hot tub. The location can’t be beat, you are a minute walk from Aldi, tons of restaurants, REI, the river, biking trails…The staff here is really great as well, just super helpful and friendly. The apartments are very well kept also. The halls, common areas and amenities are always in great shape. 10/10!Property Manager Responded

November 14, 2022We keep a small studio unit there for our frequent stays in Pittsburgh. Great location and area with many things happening to make it better. The facility is well maintained, the courtyard is lovely, and if something could be found better than the sand there, it would be a downright charming area. Apartments are not luxurious but functionally well equipped, including in-unit laundry appliances. Rents are reasonable and track area rates. Issues/problems are promptly addressed. Charging without reason
August 23, 2022Just move out and found out they charged me 400+$ for no reason and no explanation. tried to reach out 3 times but no response. Main elevator to parking was broken for 4-5 months.Review from Apartments.com
