Dj is really awesome and I love living at southbrooke this is my second time living there since dj has been manager she fixes things and works with budget friendly

The manager DJ is amazing if anything is wrong she gets it fixed as soon as possible. My apartment is wonderful and I love it. I couldn't ask for a better place to live and a better apartment manager.

Come live here! This place is a great living area! There is from 1 to 3 bedrooms, pool, on site laundry, basketball court and a small play area for kids. I've lived here for 2 years and never had any problems. It's quiet no problems! The manager Dj is great and easy to work with! Come talk to her and she will help you find what you need!

My apartment is in need of attention .to many things need repaired or need replaced..plan on moving into something worth the money..thats why if you wanted a apartment..i recomend looking elsewhere.

The apartment's are infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, they will not fix thing's and always try to find a way to charge the tenant for the repairs, the owner steals the tenants money for the use of the amenities (pool), when it is clearly a free amenity. the owner lets the employees harass and bully the tenants. the owner does illegal evictions and has been taken to court and lost numerous times. the owner speaks rudely to tenants and employees. the owner makes threats tword's her tenants. ...
The owner changes leases and has been taken to court for this also. the owner goes from apartment to apartment starting trouble as though she was a Jr. high student.
