We just toured the property and they are currently remodeling their units. The units are going to have updated appliances, lighting fixtures, paint, etc. The lay out feels huge despite having a smaller square footage in comparison with other properties. The goals of the management and property staff are to make an apartment setting that will be family-friendly and inviting to create a community. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.
