    Good place to live , I would like to leave my sincere opinion and without intending to cause discomfort , I just need to improve in some respects , such as areas of very dirty parking lots , screws , pieces of wood and lots of soil , they should clean it and replace it with water and its poor quality .

    This is a great place to live! Very well maintained, great location and many perks included! Don’t feel like sitting at home? Try heading to the pool for a dip, then relax in the spacious hot tub while your grill is fired up with lunch. Don’t forget to play a little cornhole or foozeball with the fam or friends too! Relax and unwind at one of the multiple fire pit areas to end the day! Those are just some of the amenities I enjoy as a resident.

    Seamless move-in process. Leasing office was extremely accommodating and helpful. So far, living experience has been EXCEPTIONAL. We’re so excited we chose The Southerly as our new family home.

    This has been an easy move in. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Briana and Crystal have answered every question that I have had. I love it here, I feel like I’m on vacation.

    My three month review.. it’s great living here. I am excited about the extras being completed and watching the community grow. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The internet is the only thing here that needs to be better but overall this is a great place to live!

    Everyone has been super friendly and we love it here!! The staff is amazing and it was super easy to apply for our apartment. The place is super pet friendly which is a huge bonus as well!

    The move in process was great. Briana was very helpful. If you’re moving in, all information is in the welcome letter! But the leasing office is happy to answer any questions! Valet trash is awesome! Maintenance guys are quick and extremely friendly and respectful. This place is super pet friendly! Very spacious place with a beautiful balcony. Amenities are all awesome too!

    Beautiful apartment with a great layout. Gorgeous grounds. The pool with cabanas, hot tub, gym and dog park are awesome Valet trash pickup. We love it!

    Beautiful area. Our view from the balcony looks like a tropical resort in Mexico! We love the modern style of the buildings. And the location is awesome; publix is right across the street and Walmart is connected to our community with a road.

    The property is beautiful! Very resort like. The apartments are beautiful as well with plenty of storage. The staff including maintenance are wonderful! Briana, Crystal and Willie are friendly and go above and beyond! I would have given a 5 however, I have been here over 2 weeks and have not been able to sign- up for Bluestream or upgrade the service.
