The Worst!
January 16, 2024Rat infested. Bugs galore. Just about daily water being turned off. Pot holes all over the place. Rip you off on security deposit. Etc,etc, etc!Review from Apartments.com
I have been here 2 years so far
July 24, 2020The new management team is great! Trinidad is an amazing manager that is very understanding, professional, and flexible. I do recommend this place because they are quite, and they have nightly security. I do place to be here a while not only because of that but because they are very affordable for space! Pretty Good
January 3, 2019I actually moved in March 2018 into the 1 bedroom azalea. The signing and moving in process was frustrating being that I never got to see a model home because a resident had to move in due to problems. Not only that but the outside looked pretty tacky painted orange and yellow so I was scared what to expect on the inside.Moving in I wasn’t happy due to the outdated bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinets and strong paint smell. The manager Whitney did get everything ordered brand new and replaced ...everything within 2 weeks. Also it already had new carpet and wood vinyl just installed with 0 pest issues so the apartment is really refreshing. The bedroom itself is pretty big. I’m a girly girl and I was able to fit a full queen bed set with a nightstand, full dresser, 4x10ft mirror and a full makeup vanity in my room all without having a cluttered feel. A few things I dislike is the fridge seems as if it’s been painted and reglazed. Also I have a patio looking strait into the parking lot, being that it’s not screened in it simply pointless because I’m literally 2 feet from the side walk and the cars. Lastly the reason why I’m moving out is because it’s really inconvenient for me not to have a washer and dryer but they’re raising rent if I renew. Keep in mind there is a fire department about 1 mile away and police station about 2.5 miles away so there are constant sirens going down silver star (it doesn’t bother me but something good to know). Also it seems as if the complex building numbers and address has been changed because Uber, Lyft and the GPS in general will take you the complete other side of the neighborhood ALL THE TIME. You’d think that that’s something updated via satellite but idk how that works. Other than that the neighborhood is super quiet and a great starter place to live. Never had maintenance issues so I’m not sure how fast they are on that.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE APARTMENTS
January 7, 2018They make you sign and lease and everything promised in the lease is not provided. The do not fix anything!!!! I dealt with no pest control, water damage to my ceiling, and there "maintenance crew" entering my house and eating my food! when I decided to with hold rent because of the things that needed fixing they evicted me! STAY AWAY
June 15, 2017Paid $412.00 on 6-10-17 for back ground check and credit , I called back on Tuesday and was approved. They then told me i had 48 hr to accept a apartment or lose my $250.00. So they wanted me to accept a apartment without seeing it and be stuck in a contract for 12 months in something i would not want.So i cancel that day and they still have not refunded my $250. They keep telling me the submitted my refund days ago.This is not the way to manager a business. Manager Whitney should be fried , she ...do not understand how to handle and solve problem. RUN!!!!!
June 5, 2017I lived here for 3 years and I'm never coming back. the come into your home never leaving a note. Office staff charge you a fee for everything. It is a safe place to live but it comes with a price of no freedom .They steal things from you home if they think it belongs to them .Takes forever to get something worked on in your home. Don't leave anything on your patio not even a broom or you will be charged 50 bucks. RUN RUN FAR AWAY !!!Review from Apartments.com
Perfect location
April 28, 2017This is an awesome community to live in. While the prices are somewhat higher than i am used to, the amenities and staff make it worth it. New management
April 27, 2017We have lived here for a year and a half and really love it. The location is great and the apartments have a wonderful and open floor plan. The property manager and maintenance person are fantastic! The property is extremely well maintained and the community of people who live here are great.
