Love it here
January 21, 2026I’ve had such a positive experience living here, mostly because of the office staff. They are truly caring and always smiling, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I come into the office they offer me snacks or drinks, ask how my day is going, and make me feel like I matter not just another resident. I don’t have family in the area, so that kind of kindness really means a lot to me. It makes this place feel more like home. The only thing I’d love to see improved is ...the dog parks, but I know the new lady is already working on it but she actually mentioned it to me the other day and that made me feel heard. Overall, I’m very happy here and grateful for such a supportive team!Property Manager Responded

AC has been out for 4 weeks
June 16, 2019The absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. AC has been out for 4 straight weeks. Summer in NC and tried to tell me they couldn't even give me a window unit at first until I fought them on the matter. No empathy from management. Maintenance doesn't know HOW to fix an issue or really even bandaid one. I have been nothing but nice and comprehensive especially given the conditions my two daughters (age 5 and 2) have had to sleep through at night when its 85 degrees. Long application process
June 2, 2018The application process at this property is excessively long. I waited two weeks for an approval with no constant communication from the office, unless I initiated the calls. The office staff said the process would take "probably" a week. However, I waited 2. All this time wasted and I gave up other potential apartments while waiting. Before I signed another lease, I called Park at Clearwater and heard nothing for two days. Good Staff :)
September 22, 2016I wasn't able to rent here due to a personal issue, but I had worked with Kristoff the day I stopped in the leasing office and he went above and beyond to help me. His attention to my needs were impressive. He talked me through everything and took the time to take me on a tour of the apartments and other facilities within the community; which, I know is their job, but he didn't make me feel rushed like I've experienced at other places. Good place
October 29, 2015very clean. Maintenance manager is swift and does quality work if there is a problem. Office is nice. Ive been here 6 months and this is my first time in a apartment setting. 800 a month and its not bad for a apartment. I like having cute neighbors and these two girls are indeed cute... ,} not bad for the money at all. have not seen or heard of any theft in this complex and a lot of military are in here living a few cops so it is a safe environment to be in.
