About Southern Place Apartments
Southern Place Apartments is a small community of 14 condominium style town homes and flat apartments. It is tucked away in a nice single family neighborhood located just outside the Laurel City limits in the Jones County area of North Laurel. The school districts are North Laurel Elementary and West Jones High School. This is a friendly, peaceful and quiet community. Each unit has its own 2 parking places in front for easy access. All units are equipped with the following items: central air and heat, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and a disposal. Three bedroom flats are all on the ground level. They have 2 full baths, vaulted living room ceilings with mock balcony overhead, sunken living room effect off kitchen, walk-in closet in master bedroom, a large patio with yard with attached storage room. The dine-in kitchen has ample cabinets. Two bedroom units have two different styles: The first and largest opens at ground level, has a separate dining room at the front, a step saver kitchen in the middle with a large living room at the rear with a back door that leads out to a large patio and yard area with an attached storage room. Also, downstairs is a half bath, a closet with washer/dryer connections large enough for a full size set, and a coat closet. Upstairs are both bedrooms with a Jack-in-Jill bath connecting them with each bedroom having its own vanity and basin area. The master bedroom has 2 closets and the spare bedroom has 1 large closet. The second and smaller opens at the ground level, has a large living room with dining area at the front, a kitchen with breakfast area, ample cabinets. The kitchen has a back door leading out to a patio and yard area with an attached storage room. Also, downstairs is a half bath and washer/dryer connections located in a closet large enough for a full size set. Upstairs, are both bedrooms with a full bath in the middle. The master bedroom has 2 closets and a door leading out a balcony shaded by Live Oak trees.
