February 18, 2025Quiet and safe neighborhood! Highly recommend this apartment complex! Been living here for 2 years, and had such a smooth move in. No issues!
February 7, 2025I've lived at Southernwood since June 2022. I've had no problems at all. It's a smaller, quiet complex in my opinion. Maintenance requests are handled promptly by Bill. He's an assest for sure! I've never seen bugs or mice indoors. Everyone keeps to themselves. I've never once felt unsafe or worried about my vehicle in the parking lot. I have read bad reviews about this complex, but I believe they were before the current owners took over.Review from Apartments.com
They're terrible! Renter beware!
July 19, 2021I was told by the Property Manager to leave my equipment when I moved out, and they would return it. Well, she lied. So, I got billed for the equipment. When I asked the property manager about my Suddenlink equipment, she said she didn't know what happened to it and then blamed Suddenlink for it. Also, half the apartments have or have had bed bugs!Review from Apartments.com
