Maintenance very good
August 27, 2024I had a couple of maintenance issues once to do with the clogging of the tub and the other do with the handle of the refrigerator. On both occasions James was very responsive. He came on time, identified the problem and fixed them. If required, he got the necessary part and replaced it. James is very knowledgeable and I found him to be very efficient.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
February 13, 2024Between roaches, water coming out of the ceiling monthly, dryers that they "forget" to refill the gas, creaky everything, stale smelling, AND having the nerve to raise the rent by 500 dollars in the last two years. This place is hopeless and does not deserve anyone's business. Please do not move here. They are charging "modern" rent on an ancient building and slapping it with a new coat of paint. Really Bad
August 13, 2022BEWARE..!!!! This place is highly infested with ROACHES..You can see them everywhere crawling in the house. Even on one midnight frog came into our room (Still don’t know how on he climbed 2nd Floor) which really messed things up. We were told that pest control will be done for roaches so they asked to clean up LITERALLY EVERYTHING..bedroom closets, kitchen, refrigerator, Bathroom..but when he came he just brought a spray with him and only was focused on kitchen and bathroom area. It actually ...solved nothing. We are now stuck here. When we came at first it was still not bad to stay but now it has become a nightmare.Property Manager Responded

Worst place to live
August 10, 2022It has roaches eveywhere. After 2 months of moving out, I still see roaches in my stuff. My car got towed away in front of me and had to pay $160 to get it unloaded! I didn’t have heat during winter time. They gave me a space heater from January to March! Maintanance is very bad. We have to pay for different fees plus hot water and heat seprately! I had hard time living in the complex. They don’t clean the leaves in the parking lot from fall to spring! Also, the walls are paper thin, so noisy …Property Manager Responded

Move Here!!
April 2, 2022I just moved in the beginning of march and I LOVE it here!! It's so quiet and I mean QUIET!!! The apartments are beautiful newly renovated and look just like the pictures! I have no issues with parking which is so great. Bailey, the property manager is the sweetest and so genuine. She was on top of everything when I applied. She made it so easy and very helpful. Along with Laura the leasing agent both just overall so nice and warm. When I moved in I had a small leak under my bathroom sink. I was ...the first to move in to a newly renovated one done from construction and Shawn, the maintenance manger came out right away and fixed it so quick. He was super nice and very apologetic due to it being from construction. Overall great apartments so happy I moved here highly recommended!Property Manager Responded

Terrible
February 6, 2022We've been here for three years and faced numerous problems, and the rental office never want to fix renters problems! Roaches are everywhere, in the kitchen(cabinets), living room, even in the bedrooms, and bug-killing poison and pesticide don't work. The new management added rental fees up to 40%. Although they are renovating units, yet they ignore the ordinary requests of tenants. The hallway has not been clean for months, and in case of a heavy snow, you have to wait until the snow melts ...itself! The heating/cooling systems are old and not working properly, especially at high peaks! Maintenance is not responsible at all. Dried leaves are everywhere, and it seems that the new management doesn't have any plan for leaf removal.Property Manager Responded

Avoid renting apartment under new management, Montium
