October 10, 2022This place is terrible. So, the maintenance guys who maintain this place do a subpar job for sure. Paint looks like hell, caulking looks terrible, roaches and whatever other bugs are here, terrible pet owners live here, their rate increases are insane. I was told by the subpar ladies who work in the front office that their rate increases weren't too crazy then come to find out they want to raise my rent by almost one quarter of what I pay now for this tiny little space they call luxury. Hidden Gem in Weatherford
October 22, 2021This apartment complex is a hidden gem. Close to everything you could need. The ladies in the office are wonderful. Unimpressed
March 1, 2021Lived here for a 3.5 years now and I'm just underwhelmed by it all. The apartments themselves are decent, but the staff can be uncomfortable to work with. I've caught maintenance smoking in apartments while on the job, the front office can be very dismissive of my problems (Oh the AC is out? Well at least it's March...), and I overall feel their response to COVID was inappropriate (Stopped accepting our packages for over a year now but won't wear masks when near our homes? Drawing some stupid ...lines in the sand.) But the location is convenient and they're mostly affordable. If you can keep to yourself and never ever need help from the staff, you'll survive until you can afford something better.Property Manager Responded

staff is very unethical
July 19, 2016i'm a business owner and attempted to place my daughter in the apartments to attend college. After doing the application a few days later called back and the staff and I got into an argument. That night the staff member had her boyfriend or husband post a negative review on my business page which was not warranted. I would stir clear of dealing with these people. April 15, 2016DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! When I first moved to Southgate glen it was so gross. It hadn't been cleaned and I had to do it myself before moving in and I still have a copy of the pictures and also showed them the apt and they did nothing. They always told me my dog was barking and complained but my dog was usually never there or I knew for a fact it wasn't her and called them every now and then to work with them on solving the matter. The office lost paper work when switching my accounts over to ...a new apt (I moved into a two bedroom) not once, not twice but THREE times before finally moving out. They have charged me for not cleaning out the stove and now have lost proof of my pet deposit to credit me back. I called about the matter and the manager Sonya spoke to me with disrespect, she was condescending, and hung up on me twice when I was trying to send proof of payment for a pet deposit. The staff didn't have me sign a pet agreement which I had no idea I was suppose to do. They didn't have me sign anything when I paid and they cashed my $250.00 check but now they are saying it doesn't matter because I never signed a pet agreement. Location great but...
October 24, 2015Lived here for 3 years, first 2 were great then moved to a first floor bigger apartment. It was terrible you could hear every move and slight sound from the person above. The staff in the office at first was very nice then new property manager came around and it all went down hill. Also maintenance can be lazy and give things quick fixes. The only plus was the location was convenient to get around but the apartment is so close to the college that you can hear music and announcers from the ...baseball and softball field early in the morning or late at night.
