March 10, 2026Aplicamos para un apartamento y estuvimos casi tres semanas esperando respuesta. Lo peor es que solo tres días antes de nuestra fecha de mudanza nos informaron que no éramos elegibles. Después de tanto tiempo esperando, avisar tan tarde fue muy irresponsable y nos dejó con muy poco tiempo para encontrar otro lugar. Muy mala gestión del proceso de aplicación. November 10, 2023Después de una larga búsqueda del lugar más indicado para vivir definitivamente Southgate cumplió con nuestras expectativas del hogareño sitio k anhelábamos *10/10* y cuando doy una evaluación como esta lo hago de una manera generalizada teniendo en cuenta que encuentras buenos precios y calidad tranquilidad confort buenos servicios de mantenimiento unas vistas acogedoras,piscina en el lugar un gym increíbles parques para niños y mascotas un espacio para k tus pedidos de paquetería estén bajo ...control eso sin hablar de la seguridad de cámaras k hay por todo el establecimiento y el sistema tan protector de alarmas al entrar a tu hogar que se activa de inmediato sino eres el residente del apto ,AMO la experiencia tan acogedora de HOGAR que hemos encontrado aquí !!!!! Any issues we had were resolved quickly and without much if any interference, the maintenance staff were friendly as well. The apartments are also huge compared to the Apex, that is brand new, the kitchens are alot smaller here but the bedrooms and bathrooms and livingroom is alot larger than them. The girls at the office are super nice and always eager to help. They keep the grounds very clean, though I wish there was more grass in front of my building but that's so small compared to the great and safe place we live in. You could walk your pets at midnight and it's very safe and well ...lit at night. Also, they are extremely prompt when it comes to maintenance, the maintenance guy is so awesome and friendly and helpful! The price is perfect for the huge apartments and beautiful pool and very clean gym and the gorgeous tennis court with a basketball court as well! And they even have a cute dog park for our furry family members! And they provide the community with pet waste bags and baskets which encourage pet owners to pick up after their pets!
