Outside premises look good, apartments horrible
December 23, 2025Apartments is not near the money the asking for. My child was told the apartment was ready to move in and upon entrance the refrigerator door was rusted and nasty inside, the carpet was wet, and clothes were found in the upstairs closet in the corner balled up. The condition of the bathroom sink, shower, and stool needed to be replaced, the tub had been painted inside, overall disgusted and the pictures on the website is definitely nothing like the way they look now.Review from Apartments.com
Poorly maintained and unfriendly staff
July 5, 2021We had issues with first apartment smelling terrible through vents. Moved to another apartment with fleas and ant problems. Plumbing problems, roof problems, water leaked on floor over a year. Maintenance said air conditioning over a year reported many times. The day before we moved out they finally got a new water heater. Water had leaked and went through ceiling to lower apt. We were told the day before it was the air conditioning as we had reported it again. The hot water heater was the ...source of the leak. May 28, 2021I’ve lived here for two years, it’s not luxurious but it’s a comfortable livable space, laundry center within walking distance & the pool is great in the summer. Almost everything is about a 5-10 min drive, so it’s in a convenient location.Review from Apartments.com

A Place I Call Home
August 2, 2015I pay $543 a month for rent. There a few issues, I have a broken oven, a shower that makes a loud noise and is slightly clogged. I lived here for over a year. Despite the issues that I may have with my apartment and as many times as I have thought about moving out, my apartment is "a place I call home".Review from Apartments.com
