Good apartments gone downhill
June 24, 2023Good apartments that have gone downhill. When I first moved in the apartments seemed good. The pool even had water! At my first visit at the pool another resident let me know to enjoy the pool because the water does not last long. She said that these used to be good apartments but have gone downhill. To get my lease over with and leave. Shortly after that the water was taken out of the pool and has remained without water most of my lease. The apartments are also not safe! If you leave your ...clothes washing in the washer dryer facility it will get stolen! I learned that the hard way as when I 1st moved in I left my clothes washing unsupervised and when I came back clothes was thrown all over the floor and stolen. I dreaded having to do laundry after that because I have to stay with my clothes the whole time to watch them. If clothes is stolen, imagine everything else! I don't trust leaving anything outside. I hate receiving packages and it getting left outside while I am at work for the fear of it being stolen. There was even an unsafe situation when someone tried to break into my apartment twice by fidgeting with the front door lock. I never feel safe here. My neighbors upstairs are always smoking weed and the smell always gets into my apartment. They live right above me so the smell always comes directly into my apartment. I hate coming home from work and always smelling weed :( I let management know and nothing has been done. The rent has also gone up by $200! The price is definitely not worth the apartment anymore.Property Manager Responded

Basic apartment experience
September 19, 2021Water is throttled sometimes the water just goes out and no reason is given and questions are dodged about it. Have to pay 2x water bill because "we did maintenance on the pool". Had atleast 5 water leaks in my bathroom alone and one in kitchen and it took 1 week and 4 days before someone actually came out to fix it only AFTER we convinced our landlord to come check it out for herselfReview from Apartments.com
Bad all around
July 15, 2021Horrible apartments, water is always being shut off, they send you an email saying from what times but its never right, they shut off today at 4 and it’s now 8pm & still off. We have dinner to cook already now. They’ve switched up so many things on us and I’ve even had my car towed even though I live here!!! January 30, 2019I'm just finishing up my 1 year lease from here. I would recommend this place to my friends and tell them to ignore the 1 star reviews. People will complain about anything. Every apartment complex has difficulty keeping a hundred rooms a day maintained. I loved the front office and would definitely renewed here if I wasn't relocating for work.Review from Apartments.com

Horrible
July 29, 2015Can't get things fixed, the bathroom in my apartment is falling apart and management won't send anyone to fix it, a/c only works when it wants to, dishwasher don't work hardly at all, roach infested, mold growing everywhere. IF you ask to have things fixed they tell you they will raise your rent, parking lot has holes in it so bad that it will ruin your shocks.Review from Apartments.com
