August 23,2024 | was set to move into this location. Upon entering the unit it had a smell to it. After further looking over the unit, it was infested with roaches in the dwelling as well as hornets hives on the balconies. There were lawn chairs in the restroom, light fixtures that hadn't been fixed and a foreign object inside of the toilet. I then went and let the office know the Monday following on August 26,2024
because they were closed at 4 on Friday and the weekend. When discussing with the ...
assistant manager she explained that most of the new units had infestation and they were unaware of the situation in my unit that I was assigned, which conflicted both statements. She then talked to me about maybe helping me out for this inconvenience and that l'd receive a call back. However I never received a call back, as far as trying to reach out as well, no phone calls or emails to were answered to the problems that were circulating. I was even asking for a new unit and it couldn't be
accommodated. This is very unhealthy, unprofessional and unsanitary. Today it is 2 months and still no refund or any kind of contact.

BIGGEST SCARE OF MY LIFE. Last night someone attempted to break in to my daughter's room. I made a police report and this morning I talked to the leasing office to see if I can end my lease earlier since it ends in late August.
They said no and if I did I would have to pay 2 months worth of rent up front if I wanted to leave on good terms.
The lady basically said I chose to live in this area and they can't don nothing about it. Insinuating that the southside is just bad.. but no.. they've ...
allowed the criminal activity to thrive. They could stop it but choose not too. The apartments have no lights in the parking area.
Our hallway is pitch black cause they haven't gotten around to fixing the lights. They always said they would get night security but never did.
They rather let me and my kids live here in fear instead of just letting us leave early.
On top of that I got a leaking sink that I called in last Friday about and still no fixing.
If you don't wanna show up on news like a lot of other situations here, please don't wast your time with this place for the safety of your kids. We are just a low income community in the view of their eyes. Statistics that will never change cause of individuals in the front office.

Although the rental rate is affordable, the overall community here is dangerous. There are break ins, shootings, assaults. I don't even allow my children at the playground because there are cops always there even in the daytime.
Front office barley answers their phone. They often will make errors and come after you saying you owe money when you don't.
Please save all receipts and get them initialed by front office.
There are a handful of good neighbors but the others trash the hallways and ...
don't mind littering right next to your door.
Income restricted apartments always come with a contingency of course...however Rosemount fails to recognize the stigma doesn't have to be the same for all these low income community's but they let it be.

Worse apartments ever, they are always switching people in the office. Only have 2 maintenance people for the whole complex. I have roaches & spiders. Have found some in my newborn bassinet. Have been told pest control only comes out Tuesday and they have a long list of people who need it. I’ve bought so many different things to kill the roaches and spiders but I still have them! My rug was never cleaned when we moved in back in December. One of my showers leaks black stuff, at the top where it ...
leaks it has mold. The office says they will get to it when they can and it takes months for something to get done. Cops are always showing up. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I applied and it took almost 2 months to move in. My move in date changed 3 times. I dont understand how they had almost 2 months to get this place ready and it was still roach infested when I moved it. I bought a lot of boric acid and put it everywhere. After a month I still dont have my mailbox key. I only chose to live here cause they accepted my bad credit and broken lease. I guess I have to put up with what I got. Staff stayed professional, but I still wouldn recommend.

Super unprofessional. Lousy sense of professionalism in every aspect of the word. Keep every receipt, they'll claim they never received. I cleared three months worth of my ledger but since I didn't have the receipt for two months--"it's not their fault". They never return your calls. They never know what they're talking about.
