August 23,2024 | was set to move into this location. Upon entering the unit it had a smell to it. After further looking over the unit, it was infested with roaches in the dwelling as well as hornets hives on the balconies. There were lawn chairs in the restroom, light fixtures that hadn't been fixed and a foreign object inside of the toilet. I then went and let the office know the Monday following on August 26,2024

assistant manager she explained that most of the new units had infestation and they were unaware of the situation in my unit that I was assigned, which conflicted both statements. She then talked to me about maybe helping me out for this inconvenience and that l'd receive a call back. However I never received a call back, as far as trying to reach out as well, no phone calls or emails to were answered to the problems that were circulating. I was even asking for a new unit and it couldn't be
accommodated. This is very unhealthy, unprofessional and unsanitary. Today it is 2 months and still no refund or any kind of contact.
