April 28, 2019Overall we have had a good experience with southpoint apartments and IRET. There have been issues that are typically quickly addressed by management or maintenance. The sound level from surrounding apartments is frustrating at times but there isn’t much you can do about that. Jessica and Allie in the office are always receptive to concerns and act like they truly care you are part of the community.Property Manager Responded
