Needs improvement
November 23, 2025I have lived here 5 years in 2 different apartments. The roach problem was in both. It seems to be an issue complex wide that is not under control. I used to live in a complex around the corner that is an older complex like this one.I lived there for ten years and never saw one roach. The pool is another huge issue. Every summer it closes down for weeks or a month or more due to maintenance issues. Last summer the health department shut it down and after it was opened back up the water never ...looked clean so we didn’t even swim in it. Matainence is fair, it has definitely improved along with the new office staff that is currently here. I do love my apartment . It also seems the clientele moving in and out has gotten shady. October 15, 2025Washing machine went out & maintenance took 4 months to replace it, took 2 months to get a key to the mailbox & they randomly spray bleach on your balconies that nobody asked forProperty Manager Responded

June 8, 2025I lived at Copper Ridge Apartments for about a year. Overall, my experience was mixed. The apartment itself was a decent size for the price, with updated appliances and a spacious layout. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and it’s conveniently located near grocery stores, public transportation, and restaurants. However, there were a few drawbacks. Maintenance was often slow to respond to requests, and communication from management wasn’t always consistent.. I would recommend this complex if ...you’re looking for a budget-friendly option and don’t mind a few inconveniences. Just be sure to document everything clearly in your lease and follow up on maintenance.Property Manager Responded

June 7, 2025The Pool remains CLOSED!!!! This is totally unacceptable - and this was an issue each year as well! We are now in the hot summer months, and students are out of school. The pool is an amnenity that we have been assured of enjoying when we signed the lease. We have been residents for 5 years now, and this has been an ongoing problem. Also, the gutters that are over the opening of the building entrance are clogged with debris, clogging the drains, thus causing flooding in the entryway.Property Manager Responded

May 15, 2025I've been living at these apartments for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the beginning, the leasing process was smooth and straightforward. May 14, 2025My stay has been pleasant as I will have lived here for almost 2 years. I believe maintenence can improve and feedback should be given to tenants when a maintenence request or contractor job is not completed. I feel that no letter should be left at tenant door. If Leasing property going to enter apartment it should be sent by email/SMS. I had maintenence in my apartment when I came off vacation. Maintenence employee said he left note on my door, which I never received.Property Manager Responded
