August 1, 2015From the moment we walked in the door at Southpointe we were well taken care of. The staff was amazingly friendly. Every resident that walked through the door was introduced to us by name, and they gave us their personal feedback of the community as well. The whole application and lease signing process was amazingly smooth, and we felt well taken care of. A few days after signing the paperwork we received a handwritten card thanking us for choosing them.
