I used to be happy by living at here (3 year from now)
July 15, 2025This is my 3 year Living in this apartment. I have to be honest about it. since the new management company or owner property came everything just changed, now they just don't care about their tenants. I made a request for damage almost 2 months from now and they haven't done anything yet, i resends it once again and also i went to the office to notify it but they just don't care about anything. Garage is full of garbage, the dumpster area sucks so much. there is not enough parking lot for ...tenants if you park on the side they will towed your car and of course, you have to pay everything. Pricipals doors are damaged. Also is not a safe place anymore, i have being rob twice in my car ( my passage window was broken ) police department told me that they should have cameras outside of the building but of course, they're not. I'm pretty sure they can do a better job, a closet doesn't take that much to be fixed, trash and dumpster area can be clean like before, doors can be fixed, parking lot can be organized by reserved at least one for each tenant. Im pretty sure if they have a better communication neighbors will be happier. Small facts, huge issue if you only live at here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

New LUND management at Southwest Gables Apartment are very rude.They took over the apartment from StuartCo and everyday is worst living here.They are now charging more extra money without giving any value to the property.Please change the management.Review from Apartments.com

May 16, 2017They have a small fitness center, but it is almost useless. It is always occupied at night by a group of annoyingly loud people playing basketball. Most of them don't even live here!!!Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015Everyone that lives here is really friendly. It's a small apartment community, so everyone starts to look pretty familiar. They put on a lot of community events. Tabitha, who works in the office is great! I've lived here for almost two years, and I've worked with her since day one! All of the staff members are really friendly. Maintenance is also great! If you have any problems, they're fixing it within a few hours. We've even had an after-hours emergency and someone was here within the hour ...fixing it for us. There's only three buildings in the complex, but they ALL have underground parking attached!! The grounds always look great, and all the buildings are maintained very well. There's one building that allows dogs, and all three allow cats. I lived in the dog building before moving into a different one, and I never had problems with noise or pet waste. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly, and family-friendly apartment complex, this is the place! It's close to the interstate, plenty of dining (Don & Millies is right up the street), and it's a very safe neighborhood (there are several schools within a couple blocks). Great place to live!
