This is my 3 year Living in this apartment. I have to be honest about it. since the new management company or owner property came everything just changed, now they just don't care about their tenants. I made a request for damage almost 2 months from now and they haven't done anything yet, i resends it once again and also i went to the office to notify it but they just don't care about anything. tenants if you park on the side they will towed your car and of course, you have to pay everything. Pricipals doors are damaged. Also is not a safe place anymore, i have being rob twice in my car ( my passage window was broken ) police department told me that they should have cameras outside of the building but of course, they're not.
I'm pretty sure they can do a better job, a closet doesn't take that much to be fixed, trash and dumpster area can be clean like before, doors can be fixed, parking lot can be organized by reserved at least one for each tenant. Im pretty sure if they have a better communication neighbors will be happier. Small facts, huge issue if you only live at here.
