Drug Haven
January 24, 2023We lived there for a short while and moved as soon as our lease was up as I was dealing with lung cancer. No matter what time of the day or night, the entire condo complex smelled like weed, which would have been kool had it been an adult complex, but there were a lot of kids, toddlers, babies, living there. Adults were not the nicest people and liked to gossip and start rumors about tenants who did not associate with "the clique". Horrible place.Review from Apartments.com

September 17, 2017I was looking for a place to live and my friends lived at Southwind Landings. I went to see their unit and as soon as I got out of my car, the smell of ganja hit me in the face. The entire place smelled like weed. This is a complex that has children living in it so needless to say I would never live here nor would I recommend Southwind Landings.Review from Apartments.com
