We love these "apartments"! The 2 car garage and private entry really makes it feel like home instead of a typical apartment complex and the pool and fitness room are great additions. Southwind offers a real sense of community and the office staff is friendly and very easy to work with. On site maintenance is a plus and the very few things that we have needed fixed have been addressed in a timely manor. We are very happy here!

Amy the leasing manager and her have always been extremely helpful and truly caring. They keep the facilities looking top notch and have fun holiday events for tenants to mingle and become tight knit. Neighbors are friendly and the scenery is good! The apartments are spacious and clean with up to date appliances and fashionable fixtures and choices for materials. Happy I found this place and can't say enough good things!! Take a tour and try the Southwind community!

Way to expensive for the poor quality! These new units are not well insulated from the weather or other residents. The utilities cost more for a 2 bedroom apartment than they did when I owned a 2 story home! I chose the apartments to downsize and save money but I cannot wait to get out of here! I am appalled at the lack of attention to detail, the utter lack of common courtesy by the other residents. The slamming of doors, the loud motorcycles, and the overall property cleanliness is very ...
disappointing! The number of dogs running loose and owners not keeping them on leashes or cleaning up after them is disgusting! The outside windows are never cleaned, the garage lights flicker and are blown sideways with no care to repair. Cabinet doors are stripped out doors do not stay closed unless you put something against them! Those that say they love it here must be deaf and blind because these are in no way luxury apartments! False advertising!

This place is perfect! It is close to downtown where there are many shops, ranging from arts & crafts to custom designed masonry. Many restaurants offering many different cuisines. It's close to the Lake where they have summer concerts every week. You can make a picnic and relax by the water, listening to your favorite sounds. Our community here has an in-ground heated swimming pool, a gorgeous clubhouse and a room full of exercise equipment. The area is beautiful, as are the apartments ...
themselves. We moved here after having lived in a huge house for 12 yrs. I thought I would have a hard time adjusting to apartment living, but these are so spacious & have the best amenities. And they accept pets! I couldn't be happier!
