Living at Southwinds has been a great experience. The property is managed very well, and Shelby does an exceptional job communicating with residents. Any maintenance concerns I've had have been addressed quickly and professionally. After four years here, I still feel valued as a resident.

I really love living here! The apartments are beautiful and spacious and with lots of parking .
I’ve never had an issue with bugs here.I also really enjoyed the pool. Maintenance is easy to request on the portal . Overall it’s a really nice place to live.

We like the quiet and nice people. Maintenance usually gets right on whatever issue we may have. Pool is nice in the summer. If your looking for calm and relaxing and close to everything check this place out.
