Beautiful Secure Community

NOT Recommended
July 22, 2021A/C units break down. Very slow to replace. Owner recently stopped several amenities tenants depended on such as the Shopping Shuttle. Emergency pull cords don't work. Carpets and drapes need to be replaced along with some furniture in common areas. Parking is a disaster. Owner won't put up signs for resident parking. Rents raised $100+ a month.
