      My mother has been living at Southwinds for several years now and we all have enjoyed it. The community is always very clean and the staff is always so welcoming. I feel at ease leaving my mother in such a secure community with a gated entrance. I would recommend this community to anyone!

      A/C units break down. Very slow to replace. Owner recently stopped several amenities tenants depended on such as the Shopping Shuttle. Emergency pull cords don't work. Carpets and drapes need to be replaced along with some furniture in common areas. Parking is a disaster. Owner won't put up signs for resident parking. Rents raised $100+ a month. Look elsewhere.

      There is no order to the parking. Young visitors take parking spaces closest to the building which residents who are older need. There is no parking enforcement, no stickers, no nothing.
