Worst management Ever!!

I wanted to love the Southwinds cove community . But this place has the worst management ever! I moved in a little less than a month ago, and I accept the maintenance package which comes with a washer/ dryer for an extra cost per month . A week after I moved in they delivered a non- working washer in my unit. The maintenance guy who was installing it said that it would not turn on and he will need to call the manufacturer. It’s been actually 27 days and every time I called the office for status ...

, I get the runaround . I spoke with the manage Jeff , he was extremely empathetic and said that he would take care of it right away. I AM still without a working washer a week later . As a new resident I should not be going through this. Also, my car got broken into last week, I spoke to The manager Jeff about it. He was again extremely empathetic and said to me that “ keeping the community safe is not their Job, but the police Job. I understand that not every community offers security, but he didn’t have to be so rude and empathetic.

This is the classiest apartment that I've ever lived in. Everything is a cut above the rest from the carpet to the countertops. There may not be much fir me to do in leesburg, but I feel awesome when I pull up to my very own garage in a clean and well maintained community. I feel safe and that means a lot to me and my family.

I was 1st attracted to this community because it was breathtakingly beautiful. It was right in the center if nothing. A gated community with a clean pool and a great floor plan that includes a private garage for each unit, marble countertops, tile and berber carpet throughout and well maintained landscaping. Although this is a great place to live and maintenance response time in excellent, there are a couple drawbacks. My entire row of townhome apartments backs up to a busy street. There is no ...

danger but the traffic can be heard very clearly and loudly from the living room and master bedroom. it took quite a while to get used to the noise. And whereas the floorplan is amazing, space is a little limited. Other than that, this is a very nice place to live. Every property will have it's drawbacks but the good here definately outweighs the bad.

Like the room sizes for a small family of 3 kitchen it the right size. Enough room for family to come visit. Pool and gym in the community. Very clean and painted. Nothing bad to say.
