Southwood Apartments Minot ND
May 10, 2022Close to shopping, elementary school. Great place to live. Manager: Whitney friendly and helpful. Last month we had our 1st snow blizzard in 25 years. Right after the storm they were clearing the parking lots and garage doors. Very impressed. Quite neighborhood/neighbors. I have lived here 1 year and signed my contract for another year. I'm sure (if) I ever needed any kind of maintenance it would be dealt with as soon as possible.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful and clean

Excellent place to live!
