Plz Don’t
August 22, 2024Plz don’t believe the reviews like I did. Been here since March and I honestly hate it. They don’t probably clean the apartment before you move-in. The pictures and videos are a week apart. I clean my shower every week cause of the leak. I put in work orders. They don’t get answered and when someone do come. He don’t fix it right. Dishwashers and ice maker been broke since I moved in. Your package will get stolen. There is 90% chance a spider will bite you. Be prepared for all kind of bugs in ...your place. Rude neighbors. Broken gate. Dog poop everywhere. These apartments are honestly too expensive for these conditions. I currently moved out today. And the unit is now on the website….Posted two hours after I left. They are thirsty for money and don’t care. Plz stay away. This was my first apartment and honestly the worst experience ever..Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2018I was told by the office manager that I could no longer use the amenities because corporate decided that I should be banned. She did not provide any evidence of this. I was banned after I complained about how the amenities were not working.Review from Apartments.com
DONT!!!! Turn Away, Go Somewhere Else!
December 7, 2017If i could give 0 stars, I WOULD. Management is forever changing, which leaves each staff CLUELESS when you ask or inquire about stuff that may have happened when you first moved in. When it was time for us to move out, they sent our last payment to collections, and lied to collections saying that we didn’t give them an ample amount of notice, which was not true. When confronted, everybody was clueless on who sent information to collections. I heard about break-ins all of the time but nothing ...ever happened to me personally. And the BIGGEST COMPLAINT OF THEM ALL....R O A C H E S!!!! Hope you like them. They are there and there to stay. No matter what you do, no matter how many you kill. Beyond Disappointed
October 4, 2017This apartment complex is beautiful on the outside with excellent landscaping and they pick up the trash every morning on the property. However, that is where your expectations from anything with this apartment complex should end. The leasing office staff is kind. Their manager is passive aggressive and condescending, especially when things are wrong and their fault. They will not work to resolve anything in a timely, cost effective manner. Everything will be put on you to struggle through. DO ...NOT MOVE HERE. Their homes are infested with gnats. Their homes will not be clean when you move in. THE WORST! DONT MOVE HERE
October 14, 2016Worst experience I've ever had. I highly recommend you don't live here. I moved out August 14th, gave a written 60 day notice prior, emailed and talked to someone about my move out prior and after moving out, and gave my money order for the prorated rent for August. Yesterday October 13th, I received in the mail at my new apartment an eviction notice for not paying August full rent! How do you evict someone who doesn't live there So I have to go through all this nonsense to get this taken care of ...because of their stupidity. And of course, I cant get ahold of anyone to talk to about it. DON'T MOVE HERE!! FIND SOME WHERE ELSE!!! If I could give negative stars I would because aside from this the apartments aren't the best either. Gate always broken. Roaches. Staff obviously incompetent. Trash every where. My move in was even a situation but I wont get into that. February 23, 2016The apartments are nice and the office has done a great job of keeping the property clean. Unfortunately the front office is very disorganized. I have called in four maintenance requests in the past 6 months and each time it has taken the maintenance staff over a week to arrive at my apartment. I have called back 2 times each time to find out my request was either lost or not entered.Review from Apartments.com

Southwood Vista
August 18, 2015Management was excellent and maintenance was always available and on call when needed. The community was kept clean, power washed, and safe. There was a security guard that actively walked the premise in the evening hours. I would recommend this neighborhood to single women, and families. It is in driving distance of everything you need and offers many options for entertainment, shopping and restaurants. One exit for Camp Creek Marketplace, ATL Movies and minutes away from downtown Atlanta.
