They neglect to fix things for residents

I have been living here for two years. My dishwasher has been broken the entirety of these two years. I have had them come out and look at it several times and tell me that nothing was wrong and it turned on fine for them even though I have video proof of it not working. I think that Sova is in the perfect location! It is 5 minutes away from anywhere I'd need to go-- even the Gene Snyder is close. The staff is new, yet understanding and courteous. They offer a fitness center and pool. They got me in quick and it was no headache on my end.
