They neglect to fix things for residents
October 22, 2024I have been living here for two years. My dishwasher has been broken the entirety of these two years. I have had them come out and look at it several times and tell me that nothing was wrong and it turned on fine for them even though I have video proof of it not working. My dryer broke a month ago and I have heard nothing from them on it. My AC broke today and when I went up there to tell them, they said that they had other priorities and that they were not going to come look at my AC for several ...weeks. I do not recommend coming to live here unless you want to wait a long time for things to get fixed.Property Manager Responded

Never fixed anything if it broke
June 20, 2022Renter above me flooded my apartment and damaged my ceiling on first week of yearlong lease. They never fixed it my entire lease and mold grew in vents.Review from Apartments.com
Easy process
March 22, 2022I think that Sova is in the perfect location! It is 5 minutes away from anywhere I'd need to go-- even the Gene Snyder is close. The staff is new, yet understanding and courteous. They offer a fitness center and pool. They got me in quick and it was no headache on my end.Review from Apartments.com
