Don't walk, run!
July 11, 2021This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. The cockroach problem is widespread and although the exterminator came many times, the issue NEVER got solved! Management doesn't care if people leave food out or don't take out the trash. The walls are paper thin, lighting is bad, neighbors are rude and ignorant.Property Manager Responded

Perfect location
January 28, 2020Having had low expectations when we moved in, Spa Cove has set the bar high. From wonderful staff who are never too busy to help, and nice facilities that are clean and user friendly. To the perfect location tucked away so it’s quiet yet close enough you can walk to the water or drive 10 minutes to downtown. Not to mention the spacious and clean upgraded apartments. NEW MANAGEMENT ROCKS
June 8, 2019I have been a tenant since last August and was going to move out when my lease is up. But since the new management came in March - wow what a difference already! I'm so Happy!
August 20, 2018I’m a new resident at Spa Cove and I’ve loved the welcome that I’ve received from the management team. The apartment is spacious with great amenities and there is no problem with parking. I enjoy having the gym onside that is secure as well as a park for the kids and pool access. The complex is very nice and the apartment buildings are clean and secure. The maintenance team is on point when you place a ticket they come right away and take care of your concerns.Review from Apartments.com

November 18, 2015Spa Cove is great! The staff are friendly, helpful, and seem to know everyone on a first name basis. My boyfriend and I were actually referred to Spa Cove by another resident who has lived here for 4-5 years. The sense of community is amazing. Our building and the building next door with which we share a court yard is a mix of young professional singles, couples and families. It is a culturally rich community and everyone seems to look out for everyone. Everyone cleans up after themselves and ...their pets in the community areas. Water is only 15/month, gas/heat is included, and our first month's electric bill for a 2 bedroom (non conservative use) was only 40 something dollars. The community sits on the river that has a water taxi to downtown Annapolis that runs until 1am from spring time until the end of October. Uber and a car taxi are cheaper ways to get downtown if you don't want to drive yourself, but the water taxi is a fun, beautiful and peaceful ride. You can also rent kayaks and dock your boat in the slips on the water behind the community, but I am not sure what the fees are for that. Truxton park is also across the street, which has some hiking trails, a pavilion, tennis courts, a skate park and a baseball field. Us and a few of our neighbors are planning to start an intramural kickball team in the spring! Our balcony overlooks the street leading to the boat ramp and the area is frequently patrolled and visited by law enforcement. I have never felt unsafe. We live in a two bedroom, non renovated (i.e., linoleum tile and lament countertops vs. granite and new but basic vs high tech appliances) 3rd floor unit. The carpet and appliances were brand new on move in. There is ample closet and storage space. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to any maintenance requests and very sweet. We have not had any problems with bugs, but our friends in the basement units in the building next door have received a notice about pest control coming to spray in their building due to minor bug complaints. While I have read some reviews with pest complaints, I don't think pest problems here are any worse than in any other apartment building or house. Either way, management seems to be very responsive and on top of any pest issues. My only complaint would be the coin laundry. I have recommended a reloadable card system and management was very receptive to this idea. All in all, I really do love this community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Spa Cove Serenity
July 24, 2015Spa Cove Apartments in Annapolis are serene and beautifully remodeled. Nestled on the nearby banks of Spa Creek, they feature tons of outdoor opportunities including the water taxi to all the downtown hot spots! Of course, the pool and park are nice, too but give me a margarita any day (night) of the week and I'm yours!! Great neighbors, pet friendly, great customer service - what more could you ask for? Love the high end kitchens with stainless appliances and maple cabinetry, granite ...counters in kitchens and baths and secure building entries. The leasing consultants went above and beyond what was expected. I moved in with no problems, and the apartment was even better than pictures.
