January 22, 2026I like that it is quiet, the area is well kept. And maintenance is excellent here. The only complaint I have is the water machine. It's probably best to invest in your own personal water machine. Because I do not know how clean that water is. I prefer the big sterilized water jugs u get delivered to your door. Its more convenient than lugging around those water jugs and going to refill them becomes a real hassle for me.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025We came from a nasty, rude, unclean apartment complex to Sparro. I used to have constant migraines from stress and the environment and ever since moving to Sparro, I haven’t had a single one. McKenzie and Sonja from the office made everything so easy. We are young adults and don’t have much experience with renting so having people who patiently and kindly helped explain and walk us through the steps was a real eye opener to what an apartment complex should be. Classy Place to Live
October 17, 2025I moved into my newly renovated apartment about 4 months ago, on the hottest day of the year it seemed. lol I love my new space, it's so pretty! It looks just like the pictures on the website, which most places don't. The reason I chose to live here is because of the friendly ladies in the office. When I was looking for a place, everywhere I went seemed to be bothered by my stopping by for info and a tour. When I stopped into Sparro, MacKenzie was super nice and I loved the apartment. After ...I applied, I had lots of moving questions. When I called the office, I spoke to both Nadine and Sonya and they were both very friendly and never made me feel like I was bothering them with my never ending questions. The maintenance team blew me away with how fast they took care of and requests that I had and showed up the same day to repair any issues that I had which weren’t many because they do their job well.
