Unfortunately I am only gonna give Spectra park 1 star. We applied online, with all the necessary documentation that was required, on Friday th 17 of May we signed the lease online plus paying what was required of us. Saturday th 18 of May at 6.39am, we got a email saying “welcome to spectra Park” with a link so we could make a account, logging in, see the lease, our name plus unit number made us think we are good Monday morning May 20th, we get a email from the leasing company saying
...unfortunately they had to deny us the apartment!! After we got the lease plus available unit number plus paying half rent, application fee and rental insurance (you have to do that before even getting into spectra park even tho we have rental insurance from Progressive) then we get denied!!! What kind of reverse thing is this? We wrote to the management multiple times to get an explanation no response , comes to find out the denial was because of a background check of something that happened 30 years ago, the management wasn’t even born then! Lol! and confronted them with why go so long back, no answer, no explanation + made a dispute. And getting back the refund for what we paid is even a bigger joke! 18 days passed now and we just got the refund. In a check! Date May 30th and not May 20th as they first said. What a shame!
