March 4, 2026Cannot in good conscience recommend renting here I have had the worst experience ever! I was tricked deliberately by management into renting an apartment that was significantly smaller than the ones I was able to see in person. I was shown several units including a model unit they advised was only slightly smaller than the unit I was renting with the difference most noticeable in the bathroom the agent advised the room could fit a king size bed. This room can only fit a queen bed and nothing more ...no nightstand etc. The apartment was occupied so viewing it was not possible I made several attempts to see it prior to the starting of my lease but was denied…. I had furniture shipped to this apartment in anticipation of the move I had family show up to help me move but sadly I couldn’t. Will not be moving in… cautionary tale
March 2, 2026I was scheduled to move in 3/2/2026 to an apartment I was not able to see because 1st it was occupied and then just flat out denial to see visit prior to my move in date. I was shown the model unit and was told the apartment would be slightly smaller nothing significant only noticeable in the bathroom LIES!!!! Learn from my mistake don’t sign until you see don’t be pressured about demand/scarcity or even higher rent if you wait due to changes in “market price” walk away…. May 30, 2025It is okay. Issues with elevator where as it gets stuck. My oven isn't working as well. Washer and dryer only have 2 working machines for over 100 people.Property Manager Responded
