When you call, they never pick up the phone.
They are rarely in the office when you try to see them to speak with them. On Saturday, the hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There was no one there when I arrived at 10:40 a.m. On this day, the office was never opened. There was no communication stating that they would be closing, and no one answered the phone.
According to reviews, you are not permitted to use the gym. I had no idea they had one. (Has spent two years here.)

When you move in, they don't even give you information or an explanation of the amenities.
The card they provided me hasn't worked from the first day, therefore I've never been able to use their laundry facilities. when I attempted to obtain a new one, they told I would have to call the 3rd party company to have the card fixed because I couldn't get a new one. When I moved in, I never got this card. When I asked a neighbor how to use the laundry room, she informed me that I needed a card. When I first came here, no one informed me of this.
