Absolutely a fantastic place to rent
March 7, 2022Both property manager and maintenance manager, Elder are some of the most delightful people in the service of hospitality. Elder is great with children, empathic and welcoming. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very sizable. The community of people is very diverse, and if we were to move again into apartments, it will be with Spicewood Crossing. Do not recommend
January 7, 2018PLEASE READ - I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be renewing my lease. For the cost of the apartment there are not the amenities and security that other places have for the price. Security from the gates are just for show as people are just coming in by either piggy backing off others or squeezing through the gaps. Small pool, poor laundry, terrible parking available leaving you to park on the street, auto theft, vandalism, overflowing garbage, dog poop on grass areas ...etc. The staff is friendly but the living conditions are not. Wonderful apartments!
August 3, 2016My husband and I loved these apartments! Betsy in the office is very kind and helpful, the maintenance guys are on top of their game; any problems were fixed within a few hours. Lovely and safe neighborhood, the grounds are well maintained, and parking was rarely a problem. On top of it all they have amazing cookies in the office all the time.Review from Apartments.com
