September 18, 2025Great apartment in an excellent location. Gym had more than I expected and parking is fine, but due to the construction I can’t park on the floor I live on and don’t know when the construction will end. August 13, 2025The concierge was very helpful and has been. I am a new resident. I moved in on the 11th August 11th. One thing I was very surprised at there were several things that need repair in the apartment. The microwave oven the sliding glass door. I'm not sure what's going on with the toilet but I look forward to a very good experienceProperty Manager Responded

July 24, 2025We moved in last week and had some issues in our apartment. They were so nice in accommodating to our late loading dock needs due to a delayed delivery truck. We submitted maintenance requests and someone came within 10 minutes and fixed all of the issues!Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2025It’s still been a good experience for me here. The location is perfect to everything I want. Lots of great restaurants to dine out and some great shopping as well. The amenities are decent. The Peloton bike still needs to be replaced by a regular bike like they used to have that I could use but now only 1 person in this whole building can use the Peloton. No one else can use it without paying a subscription and this building unfortunately doesn’t pay for it so it sits empty besides for the 1 ...person which is lame.Property Manager Responded
