We have lived here for five years and I can’t say enough great things.
The units are so spacious, well designed, and comfortable — truly felt like home for us. The location is super convenient — close to highways, shopping, groceries, and amazing trails. There are also thoughtful touches like garden plots for tenants and garage parking with a heated ramp (a lifesaver in winter!). It also has a huge party room with a full kitchen and really pretty views of the large backyard — we used it to throw ...
our daughter’s first birthday party, and it was perfect for hosting loved ones. Tenants also use it for fun social events and to watch different sporting events.
But the best part by far? The people. From truly wonderful and friendly neighbors to quick chats in the elevator with other tenants, everyone is kind and welcoming — families, retirees, students — it really feels like a community. Maintenance is fast and reliable; in five years, we rarely needed to submit work orders, but if we did they were all handled quickly.
The management team, especially Bill and Tom, have been phenomenal from the very beginning. Their responsiveness, warmth, and professionalism have made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find a management staff that feels more like good neighbors than office contacts. It’s obvious they are truly invested in making this a great place to live, which is rare these days.
This has been more than an apartment for my family and me — it’s been home. Highly recommend!!!
