I have lived here for over 8 yrs as well as my dad and sister have an apartment here as well for the past 1yr. We love it here it is so family oriented and they have cleaned up this place so much in the past couple years. The Manigment and owners are amazing as well as all the staff members. We also have armed security guards who walk the property 24/7 so we always feel safe. All around d this is an amazing affordable place to live here in Las Vegas Nevada.

I love it here. They always put on amazing events for our little community that shows they care! The management is great and i love the ladies at the front desk. THey are super personable and nice. The other tenants are great and I've gotten to know a few of them very well.

Have lived here for 3 month. I have liked it. People next door are nice. Security does a good job. My room overlook the pool and it is kept clean. My side of the complex is pretty quiet which I like. I recommend a stay here.

I was at sportsman's from January this year til the end of April and had no problems. Rooms were nice, pool looked great but wasn't open yet. Grounds were kept pretty clean. No problems with neighbors.

I've been staying at sportsman's royal manor for 4 years now and I've seen it all. Some bad but mostly good. They have switched gears and cleaned up the place inside and out. The rooms are nicer. The security actually does their job and the staff has been much better.

You get what you pay for at Sportsmans. I didn't find any other temp hotel that came close to beating their weekly rates and also not check my credit. I went with them and it was what I expected. Just a temp place to get me by but it got the job done.

HORRIBLE! Run down and crime infested. Despite the efforts of the local Police Department this complex continues to decay daily. I need a fresh start and rent for life or at least a year would give my husband and I a chance to build our life in a safe home.
