DO NOT RENT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have resided here for years and watched this property go from a beautiful hidden gem to dealing with dilapidated property conditions. If you reside in a downstairs unit, every winter your home will become inundated with ANTS! Maintenance requests are NOT rectified in a timely manner and you will have to make several repeated attempts to get things fixed. The lights in my kitchen were out for 6 months before they were replaced. I have resided in 3 different ...

units in this complex and have dealt with bats in the roof, an annual ant problem in the home or your vehicle and stray cats. Your packages will be held hostage because the listed office hours are never adhered to. There is always something wrong with the pool in the summer and the gym amenities are broken or damaged. The utilities are included in the monthly rent and for several months, the utilities have gone unpaid by the management. There have been 2 instances on this property where the water has been almost shut off, and once it was shut off. The trash dumpsters were not cleared for months which brought rodent and pest issues, and the property is littered with abandoned vehicles and trash. Not to mention the lawn maintenance is far and few. Every month this property has been under a different management company and I can account for at least 4 management company changes within the last year alone. Currently, management has been instructed to not issue contact information for their corporate/management company. I have tried to break my lease, contacted lawyers, the housing authority, the BBB, and even the local news station. If you are looking for a nice, clean, safe, and quiet place to live this property is NOT IT!

People are constantly moving in and moving out. There are constant vacancies for a reason. The ONLY good thing about this apartment complex is that the rent is inexpensive. The apartments are older and they are not kept up inside. In my apartment the air conditioner constantly leaks water, the ceiling leaks water from the upstairs neighbor's bathroom, and the carpet is old. I had a HORRIBLE pest problem. I had to call the office constantly for them to even come and spray. When I talked to my ...

neighbors about the issue, they said they were experiencing the SAME pest (roaches, ants, and spiders) problems and the staff did nothing about them. There is NO cell phone reception,so prepare to pay ANOTHER bill and get a landline phone. Don't even think about getting the security deposit back upon moving out because you will be blamed for everything that is old and worn out in the apartment (even though everything was old and worn out upon moving in).

The grounds lack luster, no flowers at all. There is a workout room but only has a treadmill and stationary bicycle. The exterior of the buildings have fungus growing on them and only the side walks and patios were pressure washed. Maintenance issues are many times started but not finished until additional calls are made to remind of the situation. You never see the office staff outside of the office. They do not walk the grounds and most of the time do not show the apartments. We moved in ...

a year ago and had sold out home so we needed somewhere quick. We were not shown our apt before we signed the lease (our mistake). The unit had not been properly prepared. The carpet was not cleaned and the paint job was not good at all.
