February 19, 2025Avoid This Place at All Costs! This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. They hit tenants with unjustifiable charges, refuse to take accountability for previous damages (even when provided with clear evidence), and operate with zero transparency. They’ll charge random fees without providing invoices or any explanation. On top of that, management is completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and rude. We LOVE it here!
April 12, 2023We moved here from Pennsylvania, without seeing the property in person. We went solely off the images on the website and signed our 1-year lease. I was so nervous at first because we have kids and pets. At the time our options were very limited. I have to be honest; I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. We absolutely love it here at Spring Creek Apartments. I am actually glad we ended up here. The property is so well-kept. The office staff is always so quick to respond to ...inquiries. We love our maintenance team. Everyone always tries to go above and beyond to resolve any issue. We give this place 5-STARS! We love it so much that when it was time to renew the lease, we renewed it! The neighbors are always so friendly. We love that the property is gated. The amenities are nice. We have a pool, 24 hr. gym, clubhouse, office, playground, etc. I know I mentioned we have pets. Spring Creek Apartments will allow you to bring your fur kids! Not many places will do that. I am talking about more than just a dog! We have had domestic rabbits and guinea pigs. I definitely think you should stop in, see the place and meet the staff if you are considering an apartment here. See for yourself how nice things are kept and how friendly everyone is. Super Quiet/Clean/Awesome Staff
July 29, 2019We just “stopped in” in desperate need of a place to rent and we were greeted by Lisa at the office! She is PHENOMENAL, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, SWEET TO OUR IMMEDIATE NEEDS! Not only did she get us right in but she called two days after and then a week after to ask if we needed anything! Follow ups are so important to me! I stopped in to ask about renting a washer and dryer and by the time we returned from Walmart they were in our 3rd floor apartment already! Clean grounds, lots of friendly animals ...all over the grounds on leashes!! Go she Lisa! When you leave you will not be sorry!!!Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2018Love the apartments, the community and the staff. The grounds are always nice, sometimes the dog mess is out of control but if you call the office they are always on top to make it right. My two bedroom apartment is so spacious. The kids love living here especially the pool! The gates my be down currently but the staff has informed us aboutthe situation. I mean come on at the end of the day they are not security gates nor do they prevent people from actually coming in!! DONT DO IT
October 4, 2017Where do I even begin... The apartments itself is cheap, yet you are paying all this money for them... (actually you’re paying all this money for the renovations they did for the common area and pool) The carpet is beyond cheap, won’t even last a week. The blinds are the cheapest kind that you can find at Lowe’s (however you’ll have to pay to replace them individually when you move out and you can’t go through Lowe’s). The kitchen has no pantry, like come on not even in a three bedroom apartment? ...Nope. Oh & let me not forget that you can hear almost everything your neighbors are doing. Apartment complex... well there’s fire ants EVERYWHERE !!! Parking can be scarce, trash is always over flowing, the gate never works (talk about security) Neighbors.... well if you have kids folks.... try to stay on the first floor because you will ALWAYS have someone complain about your kids or even you walking around. Oh and don’t have a bass or music too loud because they’ll call the cops on you (in my experience even though the police even said it’s not loud) Management.... is so unorganized. No communication whatsoever & there always seems to be something “wrong with the system” and loss of paperwork. Oh & just a tip.... if you are renting pay with a check to avoid the $40 one time payment and the $20 automatic payment processing fee that the system has.... after all you are paying a lot of money to stay here when you can find a house more suitable and less expensive & rent goes up every year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love the new grill!
May 19, 2017I have lived in Spring Creek for 3 years and wasn't able to grill out on my patio. But now they have a gas grill beside the pool I can use on my days off!!! Love this place.Property Manager Responded

Slightly deceiving...
May 19, 2017So it looks amazing from the outside. It's a little pricey, but nice complex and the amenities are nice. However, they do really annoying maintenance stuff. For example- showing up unannounced on your balcony at 8 am "to paint it".. Giving you less than 24 hours of notice that you either have to vacate your apartment for an entire day or not leave at all while they paint the walkway.. Coming in your apartment when you're not home "to check on something" and using your bathroom, leaving the ...toilet seat up.. At first it was a really nice experienced, but little things add up quickly when you pay so much.Property Manager Responded

Comfortable, but also tight
September 16, 2015Spring Creek Apartments offers a nicely landscaped complex. It's gated, safe and has sidewalks -- perfect for walks or runs just around the complex! I have a one-bedroom apartment and enjoy the dark appliances and coffee-colored cabinetry. I love the view from my balcony (just woods -- and some water if you look carefully!) However, it's just 650 square feet, so there's no room for a dining set. On top of that, it has wall-to-wall carpeting with no wood flooring option. You're forced to ...subscribe to cable and HBO because this service is part of the package. (That seems odd since the trend is to cut the cable. You'd think the complex's managment would want to cater to that crowd, at least offering the option to save a few dollars and exclude cable and premium channels.) With that said, there's little to complain about. I am very comfortable in my apartment, and I love eating breakfast on the patio. (My compromise for no dining room.) The view is the best I've had at any apartment I've ever lived in. And the staff is top notch. They're so nice, they know you by name! You're not just a number! I HIGHLY recommend Spring Creek Apartments.
