Not Worth It At All.
October 25, 2025Living at Spring Creek of Edmond has been kind of a mixed experience. The complex is pretty quiet, which is nice, but it’s way overpriced for what you get. The gym is tiny and doesn’t have much equipment, and maintenance is super slow to fix things. They also sometimes come into your apartment without much notice, which is kind of annoying. Some of the carpet is loose or lifted, and everything runs on gas, so if there’s ever a problem with it, you could be without heat or cooking. On top of that, ...it’s right by a school, so getting in and out during school hours is a pain.Property Manager Responded

Best Pool Around
June 7, 2025Maintenance works hard to keep up the place. The pool is open all year long but it definitely hits its peak in the summertime. It is such a great space to relax outside. May 8, 2025Shut the front door. SO GOOD!! These apartments were built in the 1970s but the only way you can tell is how spacious they are! They are beautifully remodeled with lots of natural light. They have quarterly pest control but you can request it any month and maintenance is THE BEST- Isaac specifically has taken great and quick care of my concerns. Melanie gave our tour and was definitely friendly and super helpful. She is a great first face for this place! Angie helped get us our keys and her ...spunky personality further sold the place for me. She is so funny and also knows the answer to every question I could ask. Spring Creek rocks. Great Touring Experience!
December 20, 2024Searching for a new home can be a challenging experience, but the Spring Creek office truly made it easier. I was welcomed with a smile, and my needs and preferences were taken seriously by the staff, who were warm and friendly. Melanie gave me a tour of the property, and I was impressed by the lush greenery. Though the property is older, it is well-maintained! Melanie was charming and personable, and after touring the two-bedroom townhouse, I was smitten. These apartments are stunning, and the ...leasing agents are exceptional. Very friendly and respectful staff
