Roaches and Poor Management
July 11, 2024I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management and maintenance were less than responsive at best and ignored my requests at worst. There were German cockroaches in mine and surrounding apartments despite my cleanliness. Maintenance waited over two weeks before sending first exterminator (which didn’t resolve the issue) and refused to come seal apartment. I had to move out early because the apartment was untenable. Roaches were EVERYWHERE despite my best efforts to fight them. Please find ...another apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible Landlord
July 21, 2015This apartment is very tiny. You can hear everything that goes on above, below, and in the hallways. The landlord allowed the upstairs apartment dweller to shower without a shower curtain multiple times leading to mold growing in my bathroom. The landlord is very slow or non-responsive at fixing any issues. I hope I never live in a place like this again.Review from Apartments.com
