Awful Place

Extremely overpriced for what you’re getting. Old dirty carpeting, multiple instances of roaches that the exterminator could not get rid of, was told the apartment would be fixed up before move in (that did not happen) and took months before they did anything about it, lots of smiles and promises when you go to sign the lease then goes to crap after move in, small apartments, hallways are filthy and in disrepair.
Think twice before signing a lease here.

Overpriced for what you get. Had many issues from the day I moved in. Carpet never cleaned, mold in the bathroom, kitchen floor was lifting, closet doors did not close properly and missing screens on windows. Also washing machine was making loud grinding noise, the super acted like I was imagining it, and then when I proved I wasn't it took 3 appointments before someone showed up to fix it. Was told all this would be fixed before I moved in. That did not happen. I constantly had to email the ...
building manager and all she did was yes me to death and promised someone would fix the issues. It took over a month to get the screens on the windows, excuse was they were ordered, then they found some in storage. Twice I called to have the tub drain unclogged. Next came the cockroaches. I called several times, finally someone came they put out traps, they were supposed to come back in one month, that didn't happen and the cockroach's were still there. Worst maintenance department. Hallways are filthy, cobwebs hanging from the walls and the carpet in the hallways and apartment are disgusting. Worst place to live. Also, when they advertise apartments for rent, they don't show the real apartments, they show the ones that are newer, but there's none available and they cost far more than the price advertised. Don't fall for the trick like I did. Yes I did break my lease and was charged $200.00 improper notice and $1,038.80 for breaking the lease. Stay away.

The owners listened to us and brought back the original manager from when I moved in 10 years ago and this place was a great place to live. It is true, the managers over the past several years were awful, but Robin is back sitting up front with an open door policy and things are already going much better.
I actually got a copy of my signed renewal this year! Thanks for hearing us Tower!

New management has no clue what they are doing. They lose our paperwork. They don't answer the phone and they don't attend to tenant complaints or they don't do it in a timely manner. Since April this place has gone way down hill.

I will be moving out of here soon. There is very poor management. I have left several messages for repairs and I don’t get a call back. The new manager walks around the complex vaping and doesn’t attend to any issues or tenant complaints. This is going downhill fast.

The rents are up too high for these old buildings. Every year they increase my rent dramatically and there’s nowhere to find parking. I got a few tickets already for parking on the yellow lines because this parking lot is a mess of cars that don’t belong here and the new manager is clueless.

7 years in this apartment complex and so far my experience has been amazing. Managment acquired a new member who is very friendly and very knowledgeable of his job. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new apartment to take a look into this complex which is also pet friendly.

Still currently living here and I can’t tell you how much it’s felt like I’ve lived in the woods. I encountered so many bug problems. First I started with huge 2 inch water bugs. I have lived here so far for almost 3 years & I’ve seen a total of 11 so far. Not fun when you’re already in a teeny one bedroom apartment with a baby. Second bug problem was a random period of flies everywhere. They were always flocking by my window sill so my guess is that there was something dead and rotting behind ...
the walls since I’m the most immaculate person I know. The third kind of bugs were green crickets. I clearly realized there was to be a hole somewhere but because it’s an old old building, there’s open cracks everywhere in the entire apartment. The latest problem is bees. Within the last 4 weeks I’ve killed a total of 12 in my bathroom. I just found 6 dead laying in my bathroom and one near my toddler’s bed which prompted me to write this review. Definitely not signing another lease for another year.

Maintenance is extremely petty and passive aggressive and if they for whatever reason decide to pick on you they'll make up reasons to call the cops on you. Also the electricity sucks and I've had to replace my fridge 4 times due to everything freezing.
