May 4, 2024It’s a nice area to live only problem I have is they are supposed to be an income based apartment they don’t verify it they raise your rent right in the middle of your lease instead of the beginning when you sign. Letters they send out state increase or decrease rent but no one ever gets a decreaseProperty Manager Responded
