Management is terrible. Place is poorly maintained. Garbage piles up and isn't cleaned away for days. Pools are shut down, often, and for days or weeks at a time. Maintenance has to be called multiple times to have an issue fixed or finished. People leave dog crap everywhere. Management lies when you have a legitimate complaint, says they'll fix it, then turns around and says there's nothing they can do. It's cheap, but they raise rent, constantly.
