January 14, 2019My fiancee and I have been living here for 4 years. We love it, the complex is very pet friendly and clean. Staff is nice and friendly and help us almost immediately when we have issues with anything. We are in a quite area and will often see deer walking in the field next door to us; I once had a deer walk up behind me and was 6 feet away when I turned around and saw it. If you are thinking about moving into Crosby this is the place you want to live.Review from Apartments.com

Friendly and quiet
July 23, 2018For all 3 years I have been living here it has been amazing. This complex is pet friendly and has dog bags available at every corner. It is very quiet and friendly. The management is very kind and helpful and she really takes time to get to know the tenants to make them feel comfortable. There are multiple ratings bashing the manager and calling her mean but i personally have had nothing but good results.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2018I have lived at Spring Hill Village Apartments for 3 years I find the management to be very helpful and friendly. It has a great location close to shopping and several restaurants. Nice and Quiet
February 4, 2018Lived here for almost 5 years and enjoy the peace and quiet. Well maintained and the office staff is always nice and professional. They are pet friendly though the animal must be approved by management. Once thing that I appreciate is they enforced the community rules. I work shift and like that I am not disturbed at all hours of the day or night. If some one has a complaint about the office or the manager it's most likely because they feel rules don't apply to them. Make no mistake, this is a ...great place to live.Property Manager Responded

I'm satisfied for now
January 31, 2018I've lived at this community since 2013. I like the fact they have started taking better care of the property since I've moved in. My neighbors are cool, and I haven't had any trouble with anyone so far. The property is clean and comfortable. I would recommend if you live in the area.
