Not worth the rent
April 29, 2024Moving in, apartment was dirty from renovations never cleaned. pay for 2 bathrooms and haven’t had a working shower for 5 months. Maintence been by 3/4 times still not fixed. Pay for a large trash fee and never received my trash can for valet trash that I pay for and have asked several times. Neighbors do not pick up after their pets.Review from Apartments.com

Do not rent here
May 26, 2021There is a lot of turnover in the leasing office, which causes miscommunication and problems which are then blamed on renters. They are bad at returning calls and voicemails, then it is the renters fault for not knowing what to do. They will say one thing on the phone and another thing a month later since it’s different workers. Utilities are not included and get very pricey in the winter. We had mice at one point. The maintenance people took care of it, but it took a few days for them to ...properly close the opening and spray everything down. People drive like absolute maniacs in and out of the property. I got hit in the parking lot leaving for work once. I would suggest finding another place to live.Property Manager Responded

Great Place To Live
August 23, 2015I've lived in these apartments for 5 years and have not encountered a problem yet. Good neighbors, great area, maintenance always comes and fix your issues (if you have any) promptly, girls in the office are great, they are accommodating to families with pets as well.
