Very bad move out experience !!
June 27, 2024I resided in this apartment for over 2.5 years. While the stay was ok, the move-out experience was extremely negative and disheartening. We specifically requested the property manager to conduct the inspection in our presence, but she adamantly refused. Upon vacating the property, to our dismay, she levied charges exceeding $900 for cleaning and damages. Despite escalating the matter to her superiors, no resolution was reached, and we were unjustly compelled to settle the charges. August 31, 2015This is perfect family oriented buildings that are close to restaurants both fast food and sit down.Close to stores for all your shopping needs from a to z. The common areas are well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. There's a pond in middle for fishing, swimming or just relaxing.
