Great Place to Live
June 28, 2022I recently moved to Spring Lake Apartments. The move-in process was quick and the staff was very helpful. The Property Manager Luisa assisted in the process and made sure all was ready by the move in date. I love the pool and how well maintained the property is. Love this Apartment Complex
October 11, 2017I moved to Georgia from Florida and I had the best experience at Spring Lake. I've never been so warmly greeted into an apartment complex before. The staff at the front are always friendly and helpful and they always have coffee and snacks for residents. They put on a lot of community events for the complex where you can really get involved if you choose to. Maintenance is great and efficient. They always come and leave a note of the work completed. And not only is the complex well kept, but the ...apartments are really nice and spacious too, with the perfect location in the city, where everything you need is literally up the road. Going to Miss Our First Family Home
April 7, 2017My husband and I were blessed to call Spring Lake Apartments our home for over 3 years after having our daughter. From day one, Toshia has made us feel welcome and proud to be residents of Spring Lake. She never forgot our names and always asked about our daughter. Toshia and her staff are all welcoming and pleasant to talk to and they throw the best parties! From Easter Egg Hunts, to Back to School parties, to watching movies at night on the green and Valentines Day Party's with door prizes. ...They do an amazing job of bringing the community together and making it feel like a family. What a pleasurable experience
February 6, 2016I usually don't provide apartment feedback, however, I felt compelled to do so with these particular apartments. I called and spoke with a leasing agent over the phone and she quickly assessed what my needs were in searching for an apartment. She gave me all the fees and prices to expect during and after the application process. They worked on my application in such a time efficient manner. I applied on Wednesday and was approved on Friday and moved in on Saturday. The staff was pleasant, ...professional and hospitable. The apartments are well structured and pest/ insect free. The way other apartments should be. They set the standard indeed. The community is safe and close by an elementary school. They also have community events so that everyone (staff and neighbors) can become acquainted and establish a strong community family. Great Place To Live!
August 4, 2015I have lived here for 9 years. My apt. has a sunroom which faces a beautiful scenic lake. I have a very spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath, including a fireplace. The apt. complex is very peaceful. The staff always makes you feel at home, and they make sure any concerns are handled immediately. The grounds are well kept.
