June 28, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI recently moved to Spring Lake Apartments. The move-in process was quick and the staff was very helpful. The Property Manager Luisa assisted in the process and made sure all was ready by the move in date. I love the pool and how well maintained the property is. The apartment complex is very close to restaurants, shops and conveniently located close to the highway.

The staff at the front are always friendly and helpful and they always have coffee and snacks for residents. They put on a lot of community events for the complex where you can really get involved if you choose to. Maintenance is great and efficient. They always come and leave a note of the work completed. And not only is the complex well kept, but the ...apartments are really nice and spacious too, with the perfect location in the city, where everything you need is literally up the road. I called and spoke with a leasing agent over the phone and she quickly assessed what my needs were in searching for an apartment. She gave me all the fees and prices to expect during and after the application process. They worked on my application in such a time efficient manner. I applied on Wednesday and was approved on Friday and moved in on Saturday. The staff was pleasant, ...professional and hospitable. The apartments are well structured and pest/ insect free. The way other apartments should be. They set the standard indeed. The community is safe and close by an elementary school. The apt. complex is very peaceful. The staff always makes you feel at home, and they make sure any concerns are handled immediately. The grounds are well kept.
