I was underwhelmed moving in small apartment, with new appliances. I have lived here less than a week and have had two packages stolen from my front door. Management response was apathetic, both times acting like they have never had this problem before. I have been trying to get my air conditioning fixed. Management has not once contacted me with any follow up. I have had to contact them. I would definitely check this place out in person before renting. Management could use some customer service ...

Have been living here for over a year & I hate it. Pictures do not accurately represent the property. We toured here right before the pandemic closed everything and were promise a W/D, move in first day & wasn’t there. Told we would have to wait another month before one could become available, nice. Don’t ever put in a request for maintenance it will take 6 months for one thing to be fixed. Only good thing here is the maintenance team that are typically really nice I just think they’re over ...

worked and not well staffed. We can’t wait to be out we count down the days till it’s over. It’s so unsafe the other day a random man knocked on our door at 5 am looking into peoples apartments and cars. I just can’t even go into every detail of why this place sucks. Don’t get sucked in to the edited pictures & blank promises. The neighbors suck, the place sucks, management sucks. Just don’t bother. Coming from someone who usually looks for the best in places. Don’t do it.

Management is a joke

I have lived here for years and it was great until the new management, CAM properties, took over. Before it was a lovely neighborhood where people really felt like it was a community. Now, it’s like pulling teeth to get at least one maintenance person to fix your issue. NEVER go to the front office with issues. They will be little you and make YOU feel bad for having issues. They always put the blame on you no matter what the scenario. 2 out of 3 of the front office people, which includes the ...

head manager, are completely rude and inconsiderate. They lack basic customer service skills. I hope either CAM hires new people to manage this apartment complex or a new owner comes in before I move because I know they will make it that much harder and more expensive to move out. They do not care about you or you’re issues. You can tell they do not care by the generic responses on these reviews. Don’t waste your time.

DONT put yourself through it

First off let me say that i never had any falling outs with management so this isn’t just a hate post, also when I was looking for apartments people told me “people only go on to post bad reviews, no one goes on to post good ones” which is true but in this case please listen to the reviews about this place and save yourself the stress! My boyfriend and I and our 2 dogs moved in and everything was very underwhelming, the finishes and appliances are very photo edited online to make them look nicer ...

than they are. With that there is no W/D in the apartments themselves, its false advertising. Amenities, the gym is a joke but the pool is pretty nice! Moving on the the experience, the property is not fenced or has any guard which I didn’t think would be a big deal, but I was wrong, first we had a cop tell us to get inside because there was a man running around with a sword, next some kids lit a washer and drying unit sitting outside the maintenance room on fire, next the fire alarm got pulled on 2 separate occasions and no one could get ahold of management to find the box to turn it off and so it stayed on from midnight to 7 am! And on multiple other occasions we had been woken up by police men in the courtyard dealing with people in this community and ones who just walked in because they can... They have a tick infestation which management communicated they can’t do anything about because it would be too hard to spray and not have dogs out on the grass which I understand but when I asked if they would send out a newsletter to let residents know they said yes and then never did, I stopped counting after I had pulled 72 ticks off my 35 pound dog:( overall it was just not the kind of living experience one should hope for so just do yourself a favor and look somewhere else:/

It used to be very wonderful until they hired an uncaring manager who retaliates and threatens you. It gets more expensive and less appealing every year. They changed the fitness center to only be open 9am to 5pm. So you can use it if you work evenings or are unemployed. The maintenance is good. That's about it. Find someplace better for your money.

I just moved in last Thursday July 7th 2019th. It is very nice and quite complex, looks very clean outside. That is why i choose this place to move in. Since I start actually living here, find out bugs under kitchen sink inside cabinets. Today I video baby Cockroaches in bedroom carpets. Also bathroom drain does not work, vanity sink faucet is broken, water drain clip is not working, AC unite make loud noise then normal, no-microwave in kitchen, none of the cabinet has magnate or lock. So door ...

does not close well. I complain in the office regarding the issue on Saturday 13th and follow up with them again on Tuesday. Nothing happen so far. They have a gym onsite in complex, but gym hours are 9am-5pm (Joke?). But office people are really very nice. Because of them people are renting this place. Feel bad and helpless.
